I passed a wheelbarrow full of demolition debris last weekend and couldn't resist taking some photos on the phone and running them through Reality Capture. Raw geometry at the top of the page and the derived, tiling material towards the bottom, made seamless with Artomatix. Knald for height, AO and cavity maps, with the roughness map eyeballed in Photoshop. I used 3dsmax for baking with the end results rendered in Toolbag 3.
