Thawing icy grass material

This is a material mutated from a 3D scan made with my phone and Reality Capture. grass rarely scans well and the height map here isn't great but I thought the overall effect was believable and worth sharing. This is the last patches of ice on a lawn about to thaw as the sun rises in the early morning.
