This was a long shot! I filmed a compressed 4K 60fps video on my phone of some interesting riverbank features, extracted every 10th frame and ran them through Reality Capture. The result was blurry, with a blobby mesh. I baked off some textures in Toolbag, then used Artomatix for albedo de-lighting, seam removal, hole filling and up-ressing. I took the resulting material into Substance Alchemist for tweaks and a water level node and this is the material is the result. Textures are 4K.
